an agreement between you and HELLO TAI TAI.com Group including REAL ESTATE FUND
MANAGER.com, TYCOON VILLAGE.com and ANDREA ENG.com ("TT";). By
using, browsing or purchasing on this website, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and
that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not

Transactions with
Participating Merchants
HELLO TAI TAI.com's

and any action or non-action of any Participating Merchant. TT makes no

provided or offered by any Participating Merchant and you acknowledge that any
reliance on representations and warranties provided by any Participating
Merchant shall be at your own risk. Matters regarding refunds or returns, if
available, are to be handled by you directly with the Participating Merchants,
in accordance with their own terms and conditions as provided directly by them
through their sites or otherwise. Any services and products specifically
stated to being made directly from TT are not, unless specifically stated as to
a specific service or product, refundable or returnable.
Revision to Terms and Conditions
TT reserves the right to revise these Terms
and Conditions at any time. By using, browsing or purchasing on this website,
